Double check your Billing Subscribers list to ensure the list is updated, and that the email addresses on file are spelled correctly. You can log into your PosiTrace account and navigate to:
- Billing > Summary
- Billing Contacts
If everything looks OK, your invoice may be going to your Junk or Spam folder each month. Billing occurs on the 1st of the month, so please be sure to inspect this folder early in the month to see if this has happened.
Additional steps you can do to avoid this issue:
- Please whitelist the positrace.com or gpspolice.com domain name so that you always receive our communications. Common email addresses include:
- accounts@positrace.com (billing)
- support@positrace.com or gfmsupport@positrace.com (customer support)
- support@gpspolice.com (customer support - GPS Police)
- billing@gpspolice.com (billing - GPS Police)
- Check with your IT or computer administrator to ensure our emails are not being blocked by any filters.
