You can change the Time Display Format in one of three places:
Personal settings:
To adjust your own user-specific settings:
- In the top-right corner of Locate, click the Person icon
- Click on Personal Settings
- Choose your preferred Time Display Format. If you choose Account Default, your settings will always default to what is set at the Account level.
Other User Settings
If you are an administrator, you can adjust the settings for other users.
- Navigate to Account > Users
- Use the 3-dot menu to to locate the Edit option
- Choose your preferred Time Display Format. If you choose Account Default, the settings for this user will always default to what is set at the Account level.
Account Settings

Navigate to Account > Account Information
- Choose the preferred Time Display Format for the account
- This update will roll out to any user who has their own settings set to "Account Default"
