There are several ways to update the Time Zone settings in the Locate platform.
Personal time zone:
To adjust your own user-specific time zone:
- In the top-right corner of Locate, click the Person icon
- Click on Personal Settings
- Choose your preferred Time Zone. If you choose Account Default, your time zone will always default to what is set at the Account level.
Other User Time Zone
If you are an administrator, you can adjust the individual time zone settings for other users.
- Navigate to Account > Users
- Use the 3-dot menu to to locate the Edit option
- Choose the preferred Time Zone for this user. If you choose Account Default, the time zone for this user will always default to what is set at the Account level.
Account Time Zone

Navigate to Account > Account Information
- Choose the preferred time zone for the account
- This time zone will roll out to any user who has their zone set as "Account Default" as well.
