# How can I change the measurement units (metric/imperial)?

You can change Measurement Units in one of three places:

#### **Personal settings:**

To adjust your own user-specific settings:

- In the top-right corner of Locate, click the **Person icon**
- Click on **Personal Settings**

- Choose your preferred Measurement Units. If you choose Account Default, your settings will always default to what is set at the Account level.

#### **Other User Settings**

If you are an administrator, you can adjust the settings for other users.

- Navigate to **Account** \> **Users**
- Use the 3-dot menu to to locate the Edit option

- Choose your preferred Measurement Units. If you choose Account Default, the settings for this user will always default to what is set at the Account level. 

#### **Account Settings**

- Navigate to **Account** \> **Account Information**
- Choose the preferred measurement units for the account
- This update will roll out to any user who has their own settings set to "Account Default"
