When I try to generate a “Temperature Events” report, the system prompts “No Results Found”. What is wrong?
In order to generate temperature event reports please set thresholds for all of your temperature sensors. Temperature values that exceed the Min or Max thresholds will become a part of your Temperature Events Report.
- Navigate to Account > Equipment List
- Select the Equipment in question
- Select the Temperature tab
- Use the 3-dot menu to Edit your sensor
- Set up the Threshold Min and Threshold Max values
