Change My Password
If you are already logged in, and you want to change your password, you can click the Person icon in the top-right-hand corner of the Locate platform and click Change Password.
Change Another User's Password
If you are an administrator, you can change the password of another user by navigating to Account and then Users.
Use the 3-dot menu to Edit the user, and you will be able to update their password.
Forgot Password
If you have forgotten your own password, from the main login screen, choose the Forgot Password option.
You should receive an email to reset your password. It is not uncommon for this email to go into your Spam folder, so please double check that if you haven't received it within a few minutes.
If needed, you can also contact our support team, who will be able to issue you a password reset email as well.
