# Why is there is no billing tab/option on my screen?

## I cannot access invoices or payment methods.

The billing tab is visible only to the **administrative user role** or any user with the **Accountant role**.

If you require access to the Billing area of your account, you will need to ask an Administrative user to change your user role to a compatible one.
