      Where can I change my Credit Card?

      In the PosiTrace platform, please select:

      • Billing > Edit Billing Method

      • Select Stripe Credit Card PI from the drop-down menu

         

      • Fill out the New Credit Card details. 


      • Click Save

      If you don't see the Billing menu, you may not have the correct user permissions for this action. Please contact an Administrator on your account for assistance.
