Alert: When creating your driver, they must have a username which is unique across the entire Apollo platform. Usernames that are not unique will fail the synchronization process to between PosiTrace and Apollo.
To create a driver for Apollo ELD, you will do so from the PosiTrace Platform:
- Navigate to ELD > Add Driver.
- Alternatively, you can add drivers under Account > Drivers.
Your driver must have a valid email address, as the password and username will be sent to your driver via email. If needed, the password can be re-issued to the driver using the Resend option on the Driver's profile in the PosiTrace Platform.
