# Who can I contact for technical support with Apollo?

For technical assistance with your **Apollo driver app** (if the application itself is malfunctioning in some way), please connect with the Apollo **24/7 Driver’s Assistance** program at:

For technical assistance with your **PosiTrace device** or **PosiTrace platform**, please open a ticket (**Support** \> **Tickets)** or email us at *support@positrace.com*.

For training on how to use the Apollo platform, please connect with your PosiTrace **Account Manager**. If you do not know who your account manager is, feel free to contact our Support Team for assistance.
