Copy tracking history between devices

When replacing a device, how can I keep the tracking history from the original device and still view it on the new unit?

If you have upgraded or replaced your GPS device recently, the new device will not have an Equipment Name by default.

If you need the history from your old device and equipment name, please do not name your new device on your own. Instead, reach out to our support team for assistance. We will be able to unassign the vehicle's equipment name from the old device, and reassign it to the new device, keeping all of your history intact.

If you are not concerned with the history of your original device, you can also delete the old Equipment name entirely under Account > Equipment list, and create a new equipment name on the new device; however, please note deleting the equipment name removes all tracking history and maintenance logs.
